The Service is offered under several brand names, including TrakWay, HTS Tracking, and DreamsTrack. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information — name, email address, phone number, and login credentials you or your organization provide.
  • Location data — GPS positions, speed, heading, and trip history reported by the tracking devices linked to your account. If you enable the “find me” feature, we also access your phone’s location while the app is in use.
  • Device & vehicle data — device identifiers (IMEI), ignition/engine status, battery, signal, and sensor readings from your GPS trackers.
  • App usage & diagnostics — app version, device model, and crash / performance logs used to keep the Service reliable.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide the core tracking service — live maps, trip history, playback, and reports.
  • Send alerts and notifications (speeding, geofence, SOS, ignition, power, etc.).
  • Authenticate users and secure accounts.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.

3. Location Data

Location is the core function of the Service. Position data from your tracking devices is collected continuously while the devices are active so you can monitor your vehicles in real time and review history. Phone location (if granted) is used only to show your own position on the map and is not shared.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only: (a) within your own organization’s account hierarchy; (b) with service providers who host and operate the platform on our behalf under confidentiality obligations; or (c) where required by law.

5. Data Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and access is restricted to authorized users. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at support@sensoitgps.com. Account deletion removes your personal data subject to any legal retention requirements.

7. Children

The Service is intended for business and adult use and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
